Once your date is booked, we’ll dive right in with a planning kickoff call. This is where we’ll review your vision, priorities, aesthetic, and any vendors you’ve already secured. From there, we’ll build a detailed timeline so we’re ready to get the (planning) party started!

We start with a complimentary consultation to get to know each other. You’ll tell us all about your dream day, what you’ve already planned (if anything!), and how we can support you best. After the call, we send over a customized contract. If we clicked and you’re all in, simply submit your signed contract and retainer to officially save your date.

From rehearsal to reception, we’re on-site making sure everything runs smoothly. While you hit the dance floor and sip champagne, we’re behind the scenes making sure everything is executed flawlessly. At the end of the night, we'll tie up any loose ends so you can enjoy every. single. moment.
